We’ve added brilliant new features to extenso and made some much needed improvements to the existing ones. Here is an overview of where we are today.

Improvements and bug fixes

Importing Contacts - Now you’re able to import your own contacts independently. Using the smart CSV file upload process, means you no longer have to send your data electronically for it to be added.

Newsletters - You can now create mailings quickly, and more securely to your contacts. We’ve added a more stable and user friendly system so you can have your newsletter out in minutes.

This also includes:

Test mailings
Machine order sorting
HTML text editing
Newsletter statistics (Opens, Clicks and Unsubscribes)

Inventory List - Additional ‘Prospect Machines’ list view has been added. These are the machines you add but aren’t to be placed on your stock list. Could be equipment you might potentially buy in the future, or just want to keep track of in case there is some future interest.

Security - We have moved the system to an SSL secure connection, meaning there will be no way for information to be intercepted whilst you are using extensopro.com.

The NEW! Features

Publish to pressXchange.com – We are now fully integrated with pressXchange.com. This means you can now publish machines directly from your inventory list, no more double entry! In addition, you’ll now see your pressXchange enquiries into your inbox as well as the online machine statistics coming through on the machine detail pages.

Ready integration with your website – Published and free to use the REST API documentation for straight forwardd integration with your existing website. Development work will be required.

Newsletter Statistics – now you can track the effectiveness of your mass mailings and find out how many of your contacts are reading and clicking on your machines.

Automatic Follow up reminders – from popular demand, we have added a feature on your dashboard where all your responses to enquires will be logged as a reminder for further follow up. This will avoid quotes slipping through the net. Chase a quote quicker from here or set time friendly reminders.

Spare-Parts – Not a completely new feature for some, but for most it is. Now you can add an unlimited number of spare parts to your inventory and publish to our advertising portals and your own website (if integrated). This is not a standard feature and an upgrade will be required.

Wanted equipment – Now keep track of your customer requirements and receive alerts when new additions to your inventory are a fit, fulfil your customer needs a lot quicker with this feature. This is not a standard feature and an upgrade will be required.

Search Agent – Similar to ‘Wanted Equipment’ if you can’t find want your customer needs from your inventory list, adding a ‘Search Agent’ will automatically look up pressXchange.com, presscity.com and all your incoming machine offers (see below: Import external machine offers). Then, within seconds, it will return a list of results for you to enquire on if any matches are found, if not the search will continue until one is added, and it’ll send you and immediate alert. This feature will save you a great deal of time and an advantage over your competitors. This is not a standard feature and an upgrade will be required.

Import external enquiries – If you are advertising your machines on other portals, you can have you enquires imported to extenso, so you can respond quickly and consistently with a matter of a few clicks.

Import external machine offers - As with most dealers, you’ll be receiving hundreds of machine offers a day. So we’ve made it easier to keep track of them with the ability to forward all machine offers you receive to a separate extenso inbox. When required you can search this area for using a free text search, any ‘Search Agents’ you create will automatically look up this area for the best possible matches. This is not a standard feature and an upgrade will be required.

HTML email templates – This is so you can have professional looking email quotes that will be easy to read and navigate for your contacts. Decide on the information you want standardised and extenso will populate that for your every time you send a quote. You’ll be answering enquiries much faster than ever before without comprising on presentation.
